Who we are
Dialektika – Panta Rhei e.V. is a registered non-profit association based in Bad Wimpfen, Germany. We develop non-formal learning on resilience, healthy living, nature, inclusion and European cooperation.
Our workshops, courses and international seminars are for teenagers and young adults, and for youth workers and youth leaders. We pay particular attention to people with fewer opportunities: young people whose access to learning and exchange is limited by money, where they live, health, migration or a lack of contacts.
The name joins two ideas: dialectics, the interplay of opposites, and Heraclitus' "panta rhei", everything flows. For us it stands for change, balance and growth, and for learning that brings body, mind and community together.

Participation and European values
Dialogue, changing perspectives and respectful ways of dealing with different views, so that quieter young people have a say too.
Resilience, health and self-care
Nutrition, movement, Chi Kung and everyday routines as learning. We promise no cure and do not replace therapy.
Learning through nature and experience
Cooking together, walking, being outdoors and reflecting: learning spaces open to everyone, no prior knowledge needed.
A young association with an experienced team
The association was entered in the register of associations on 11 August 2026. As an organisation, it has not yet carried out an Erasmus+ project.
We build on the personal experience of our members. Founder Axel Bergdolt ran a year-round seminar and retreat centre in France from 1993 to 2006 and has worked as a cook and trainer in Erasmus+ courses since 2023. We keep this personal experience clearly separate from the association's own track record.
Current
For 2027 the association has submitted two Erasmus+ applications of its own. No decision has been made on either.
- From Patterns to Growth. A small-scale partnership in youth with Origó Műhely (Hungary): two five-day seminars for youth workers in May and September 2027, plus a toolbox of methods, a methodological guideline and an online course.
- Nourish. Unfold. Create. A ten-day international training for 28 youth workers from eight countries in Bad Wimpfen in May 2027, built around cooking together, coaching and self-care.
Dialektika is also a partner in "The Nature of Poetry", an application by our Portuguese sister association Várzeapoética.

The kitchen as a learning space
In our seminars, food is not a side programme. Carefully prepared meals help people feel well, learn with focus and find calm. Anyone who wants to can cook along and learn along the way.
